Request data deletion

You can delete your Student Notebook AI account and associated eligible data directly in the app by opening Profile and selecting Delete Account. You can also submit a deletion request through this website by contacting support. We will verify website requests and delete eligible data associated with your account.

What to include

• The email address used for your Student Notebook AI account.
• Your user ID, if you know it.
• A short note saying you want your account and app data deleted.

What happens next

We may reply to confirm account ownership. After verification, eligible account data and app data connected to your account will be deleted. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal, or financial obligations.
